Rural Areas Mapping Services - Services - Modification And Update Of The Land And Building Register In The Field Of Land, Buildings (Including Their Measurement In The Field) And Premises, And Adaptation To Compliance With Applicable Regulations For The Raba Wyżna District.. The Aim Of The Work Is To Update And Improve The Quality Of The Land And Building Records And To Adapt The Existing Records To Compliance With The Geodetic Documentation Contained In The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 44 And 45 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Regional Development And Construction Of July 27, 2021 On The Records Of Land And Buildings. After Completing This Work, An Integrated Database Of Land And Building Records Will Be Created In Accordance With The Conceptual Model, Allowing For Maintaining And Sharing Data Using Information Technology. All Work Will Be Performed In Accordance With Technical Conditions And Applicable Legal Regulations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Technical Report Containing An Analysis Of The Documentation Used, Data From Field Measurements, Lists Of Changes To Registration Data Allowing For The Disclosure Of Changes In The Egb Database And Section I Of The Land And Mortgage Registers And The Introduction Of Changes To The Egib Database. The Price Concerns The Verification Of The Land Registration Report For The Entire Raba Wyżna Registration Area. Number Of Plots Within: 8,849 Estimated Number Of Buildings To Be Disclosed In The Egb Database: 3,030 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
