1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Zakrzew Commune, Including The Execution Of Road Works In Accordance With The Offer Cost Estimate - Annex No. 9 To The Swz And The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.2. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Rolling Of Ground Surfaces - Mechanical Compaction Of Ground Surfaces Using Road Rollers In Order To Improve Their Load-Bearing Capacity And Stability, Performed On Sections Indicated By The Ordering Party.2) Profiling Of Ground Surfaces - Forming And Leveling Of Dirt Road Surfaces Using Graders Or Other Road Equipment To Ensure The Correct Transverse And Longitudinal Slope, In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Or The Ordering Partys Instructions.3) Reconstruction Or Cleaning Of Ditches, Including: • Profiling The Bottom And Slopes Of The Ditch - Removing Silt, Sediments And Other Contaminants Regardless Of Their Thickness In Order To Restore The Correct Geometry Of The Ditch Enabling Efficient Drainage Of Rainwater And Meltwater; • Transporting Excess Excavated Material Away From The Construction Site Or Spreading It - Removing The Collected Excavated Material In Accordance With The Decision Of The Employer, Depending On The Terrain Conditions And The Possibility Of Its Reuse Or Necessity Of Disposal.4) Excavation A New Ditch, Including Removal Of Excess Excavated Material - Execution Of An Excavation With Parameters Consistent With The Technical Guidelines And Instructions Of The Employer, Maintaining The Required Depth And Width And Appropriate Slopes, As Well As Transport Of Excess Excavated Material Off The Construction Site. 5) Filling Defects In Ground Surfaces With Road Aggregate - Delivery, Distribution And Compaction Of Aggregate With Appropriate Granulation In Places Of Defects And Unevenness, In Accordance With The Following Fractions:• Road Aggregate 16-31.5 Mm - Used For Leveling Larger Defects And Stabilizing The Surface,• Road Aggregate 31.5-63.5 Mm - Used To Fill Deeper Defects And Improve Ground Stabilization,• Road Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm - Used For Leveling And Compacting The Surface Along The Entire Width Of The Road.6) Strengthening Roadsides With Road Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm - Delivery, Distribution And Compaction Of The Aggregate Layer To Strengthen And Stabilize Road Shoulders And Ensure Adequate Drainage Of The Road Surface.7) Purchase, Assembly And Adjustment Of End Walls For Pipes With A Diameter Of 400 Mm - Delivery Of Prefabricated Or On-Site Construction Of End Walls For Pipe Culverts, Their Assembly And Adjustment To Ensure Proper Water Flow And Protection Of The Inlet And Outlet Of The Culvert.8) Purchase, Assembly And Adjustment Of A Culvert With Pehd Pipes With A Diameter Of 400 Mm - Delivery And Installation Of High-Density Polyethylene (Pehd) Pipes With A Diameter Of 400 Mm, Excavation, Embedding The Pipes In The Appropriate Foundation, Th
