Vennesla Municipality Has 4,800 Water Meters, Of Which 3,800 Are 10 Years Or Older And Are Ready For Replacement. The Remaining Water Meters Must Reach Their Lifetime Before They Need To Be Replaced. The Municipality Has Ambitions For All Water Meters To Be Replaced Within The Agreed Period. The Client Has The Option To Purchase Software For Receiving And Analyzing Data Associated With Leak Detection. A Complete Description Of The Delivery Follows From The Requirements Specification. The Client Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With A Supplier.
