The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply And Installation Of A New 5-Axis Cnc Vertical Machining Center Equipped With A Modern Control System Compatible With The Heidenhain Itnc 640 System Or An Equivalent Solution, Due To The Continuity Of The Existing Technological Equipment Of The Client, Enabling Full-Fledged Work With Existing Programs Without The Need For Their Conversion; At Least At The Functionality Level Of The Heidenhain Itnc 640 System Or An Equivalent Solution. The Machining Center Will Be Constructed On A Stable Cast Iron Bed And Will Be Designed For Accurate And Efficient Machining Of Complex Shaped Parts In Five Axes Simultaneously. The Delivery Will Include An Automatic Pallet System, Automatic Tool Change, High-Pressure Cooling Through The Spindle, A Tool And Workpiece Measurement System, A Chip Conveyor And Other Accessories Enabling Fully Automated Operation. The Device Will Enable Network Connection, Remote Program Management And Modern Dialog Programming. The Machining Center Will Be New, Unused And Designed For Highly Accurate And Productive Piece And Series Production. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts, I.E. According To The Nomenclature Of The Subsidy Provider, The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Fulfillment.
