Part Of The Public Contract Also Includes The Supervision Of The Designer During The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Client Requires That The Proposed Solution Enables The Achievement Of Building Energy Class A According To The Applicable Legislation, If The Technical And Operational Conditions Of The Proposed Building Allow It.
