Sealed Bids Will Be Received By The Glynn County Airport Commission, 295 Aviation Parkway, Suite 205, Brunswick, Georgia 31525-6804, Until 3:00 P.M. (Local Time), On The Bid Date, At Which Time And Place All Bids Will Be Publicly Opened And Read Aloud. Bids Must Be In The Possession Of The Glynn County Airport Commission Prior To Bid Call At 3:00 P.M. (Local Time) On The Bid Date. Bids Shall Be Sealed And Plainly Marked On The Outside Of The Envelope With The Project Name, Location Of Airport, Bidders Name, Bidders Address, Bidders Telephone Number. Any Bid Received After The Specified Time Will Not Be Considered And Will Be Returned Unopened. Bids Must Be Fully Completed And Signed In Ink In Space(S) Provided On The Enclosed Blank Bid Form(S) Or Bid Will Be Subject To Rejection. Each Bidder Must Submit With His Bid Security In The Amount Of Five Percent (5%) Of His Bid Price, Subject To The Conditions Provided In Section 20 Of The General Provisions.
