The Preliminary Total Sub-Estimate Of The Project Is An Office And Possible Extension Approx. 830 Brm² And Yard Areas Approx. 2000 M². The Procurement Covered By This Request For Tenders Includes The Renovation Of The Office Building, Possible Expansion And The Design Of The Yard Areas In Its Entirety In Accordance With The Attached Material Of The Request For Tenders, Including All Planning Stages. The Chief Designer Is Responsible For The Management And Coordination Of The Design Work And The Feasibility Of The Project. In Addition, The Chief Designer Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Clients Needs And Strategic Goals Are Taken Into Account, Mapped And Reported To The Client In The Project. The Tenderer Undertakes To Submit The Building Permit Application Based On A Data Model In Accordance With The Requirements Of The New Construction Law. Due To The Planning Due To The Building Act And Official Regulations, Additional And Modification Work Cannot Be Submitted To The Developer, But They Are Included In The Number Of Hours Of The Assignment. The Planning Starts Immediately After The End Of The Appeal Period For The Procurement Decision. The Design Work Must Proceed And Be Completed In Such A Way That The Construction Can Be Tendered During 2026.
