Hvac Inspection, Preventive Maintenance, And Replacement Services . The Deliverables Include Semi‑Annual Preventative Maintenance And Inspection Of All Hvac Systems In City‑Owned Buildings, With Detailed Service Reports And Condition Ratings For Each System. In Addition, The Supplier Will Provide On‑Call Repair Services Billed At An Hourly Rate, Including 24/7 Emergency Response. At The City’S Discretion, The Supplier May Also Be Requested To Replace Hvac Units Or Components When Required; Such Work Will Be Quoted Separately And Approved By The City Prior To Commencement.
