The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Gas Fuel Under A Comprehensive Contract (Supply And Distribution Of Gas Fuel) For The Needs Of Facilities Of Organizational Units Of The West Pomeranian Voivodeship In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43). 2025, Item 1382 And The Act Of December 6, 2008 On Excise Duty (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 126). Will Amount To Approximately 20,000 Mwh. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contract And Annex No. 1 To The Contract (List Of The Contracting Authoritys Facilities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract), Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of Essential Terms Of The Contract.
