It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Development, Implementation, Evaluation And Production Of An Ai-Supported Chatbot. The Subject Of This Call For Tenders Is The Development, Implementation, Evaluation And Production Of An Ai-Supported Chatbot Based On Open Source Models For On-Premise Deployment In Baws Own Infrastructure. The Project Will Be Carried Out In Several Stages. For This Purpose, The Services Are Divided Into The Following Work Packages: - Work Package A - Specification Phase (Planning, Strategy, Use Cases And Architecture Roadmap) - Work Package B - Security, Compliance & Ethics - Work Package C - Data Preparation And Knowledge Management - Work Package D - Chatbot Modeling, Retrieval And Evaluation - Work Package E - Platform, Environments And Production (Mlops) - Work Package F - Training, Knowledge Transfer & Change Management - Work Package G - Operation, Monitoring & Maintenance The Client Commissions The Contractor With The Award Is Binding With The Services Of Work Package A. The Remaining Work Packages (B-G) Are Designed As Optional (Partial) Services, Which The Client May Access After The Award. The Contractor Must - Optionally And After Interim Decisions By The Client Regarding The Actual Execution - Provide The Services From The Respective Work Packages. The Client May Commission Work Packages B-G Individually Or As A Complete Package. In Addition, The Contractor Must - Optionally And After The Clients Interim Decision On The Actual Execution - Provide Services For The Further Development Of The Ai-Supported Chatbot To Be Developed. There Is No Entitlement To Access Optional Services. Details Can Be Found In The Preliminary Draft Of The Contract Key Points (Appendix 13) And The Preliminary Draft Of The Service Description (Appendix 10). As Part Of A Previous Project, An External Company Developed A Chatbot Prototype For Building Inspection And Provided It To The Baw. This Should Be The Basis For The Development, Implementation, Evaluation And Production Of The Ai-Supported Chatbot Advertised In This Procurement Process. In The Event That This Company Takes Part In The Procurement Process, The Client Will Take All Measures That Are Necessary And Appropriate To Avoid The Company Having An Information And Knowledge Advantage. In Particular, He Will Provide The Applicants Selected In The Competition - Where Permissible - With The Essential Work Results In Order To Avoid The Company Having An Information And Knowledge Advantage. The Company Is Not Involved In The Conception And Processes Of This Procurement Process. The Order Is Not Divided Into Lots.
