The Goal Is That Even Non-Software Development Qualified Employees Are Able To Independently Create, Modify And Test Workflows In Accordance With Institutional Needs. According To Our Definition, The Workflow-Driven System Means That The Administrative Activities (E.G. Approval, Data Entry, Notification) Take Place Along A Regulated Sequence Of Steps Defined By The University, So The Tasks And Events Of The Administrative Processes Are Transparent And Traceable On A Digital Interface And Provide The Opportunity For Automation. The System Must Be Able To Exchange Data And Cooperate With Other University Or External Systems Through Interfaces Based On Standard Technologies. Ak Currently Uses The Accounting System, File Management System And Neptun System Provided By Campus Codeworks Zrt. Expected User Rights At The Start Of The System And In The First Year After: - Users With Administrator Rights: 5 People - Users With Normal User Rights: 500 People - Users With Occasional User Rights: 4,000 People In The Following Years, The Expected User Limits: - Estimated Maximum Annual Limit For Users With Administrator Rights: 20 People - Estimated Maximum Annual Limit For Users With Normal User Rights: 1,000 People - Users With Occasional User Rights Estimated Maximum Annual Limit: 15,000 People The System Must Also Support Assigning Multiple Roles To A User. The System Must Be Suitable For The Stable Management Of Highly Complex, Multi-Step Workflows According To The Following Minimum Capacities: - Ability To Create At Least 500 Process Steps Within A Workflow - Use Of At Least 1,000 Data Fields Within A Workflow The Above Quantities Cannot Reduce The Speed, Stability Or Response Time Of The System For Users.
