Purchase Of Ships - Csongrád Ferry, Related Services. I. Procurement Of A Small Ferry Boat Quantity: 1 Pc 1. In Order To Submit The Appropriate Offers, The Contracting Authority Presents The Subject Of The Public Procurement Procedure Below: A Single Or Multi-Hull, Open Or Closed Deck Small Boat Designed With A Bow Under The Waterline And A Mirrored Stern, Which Is Designed For The Transport Of Persons And Has The Registration Number K-1747 (Or Main Size L=26.9M, B=6.45M) Suitable For Ferry Transmission. Passengers Are Transported In And Out With A Delivery Space On Both Sides Of The Ships Hull. The Newly Built Floating Facility Will Operate According To The Following Three Modes Of Operation: - Small Machine Boat (Railboat), - Ferry Transfer Small Machine Boat, - Pontoon Bridge Transfer Small Machine Boat. 2. Water Area Classification Of The Swimming Facility During Planning: Protected Water Area, (According To Dnv-Gl C [R4]). The Place Of Operation Is The Tisza River. 3. The Offer May Only Refer To The Swimming Facility Specified In (Purpose, Type, Destination Of The Vessel). In This Regard, A New Floating Facility Is Considered To Be A Vessel Which, When Put Into Operation, Was Neither In Hungary Nor Abroad, Nor Was It Used As A Demonstration Or Test Vehicle. These Clauses Also Apply To All Elements And Components Used During Shipbuilding (E.G. Engine, Gear, Anchor Windlass, Etc.). At The Time Of Handover To The Customer, The Time Elapsed Between The Date Of Production And Commissioning Does Not Exceed 180 Calendar Days. 4. The Swimming Facility Can Be Operated In A Temperature Range Between -10°C And +50°C. 5. As Part Of The Offer, A General Layout Drawing Or Offer Drawing And The Detailed Technical Description Of The Swimming Facility Must Be Submitted. 6. The Swimming Facility Must Be Operational Throughout The Year In Its Own Operating Area. All Built-In Materials And Systems Necessary For Operation Should Withstand The Damage And Temperature Of Operation In River Conditions And Be Functional In This Environment With Careful Use By The Crew, But Without Special Measures Taken By Them. 7. All Systems On The Swimming Facility Must Be Designed For Continuous Operation, Unless The Technical Description States Otherwise. The Swimming Facility Should Have The Following Planned Main Dimensions: - Length Lmax = 11.0 M – 13.0 M - Width Bmax = 3.0 M – 4.0 M - Main Engine Power Min: 110.0 Kw “Deadwater” Speed Requirement With Full Number Of Passengers, Equipment And Filled Supplies: - In Separate Passage: Min. 15 Km/H. - In Ferry Operation: Min. 10 Km/H. Metal Structure, Single Or Multi-Hull, Welded Design. Training: The Staff Must Be Trained In The Specifics Of Driving And Daily Maintenance Of The Swimming Facility While On The Water, While The Vehicle Is Operating, Taking Into Account The Weather And Navigation Conditions. Its Duration: Min. 8 Oclock, Location Is The Ships Station In Csongrád, Number Of People: 4 People. The Handover And Acceptance Of The Swimming Facility Takes Place At The Port In Csongrád In The Operational State, With Filled Supplies And Valid Hungarian Documents.
