Software Package And Information Systems – Acquisition Of Microsoft Licenses And Support 26. Procurement Of Microsoft Or Equivalent Software Licenses And Support Services For Budapest Közút Zrt. Within The Framework Of A Sales Contract. As In The Past, Our Company Intends To Conclude An Enterprise Agreement With The Manufacturer For A Period Of 1 Year, Within The Framework Of Which It Is Ensured That The License Fee Will Not Increase During The Contract. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Ensure The Licensing And Manufacturer Support Of Microsoft Products For Another 1-Year Period From The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement, Along With The Conclusion Of An Enterprise Agreement For A 1-Year Period. The Current Licenses Expire On February 28, 2026, After Which Access To Cloud Services, Software Updates, And Manufacturer Discounts Are Not Guaranteed Without Purchasing A License. The Licenses And Manufacturer Support Services For 2026 Are Detailed In The Technical Description. A Total Of 13,112 Licensed Products Are Purchased During The Procedure. Detailed Information Is Contained In The Technical Description That Is Part Of The Public Procurement Documents. The Tenderer Draws The Tenderers Attention To The Fact That If The Invitation Or The Additional Public Procurement Documents Made Available May Contain A Reference To A Specific Make, Origin, Type Of Thing, Procedure, Activity, Patent Or Trademark, The Designation Was Made Only In Order To Clearly Define The Nature Of The Object, And Whether It Is Included Next To The Designation Or Not, The Contracting Authority - The Kbt. 321/2015 Referred To In Paragraph (4) Of § 58.
