Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Modernization Of The Celle Reception Building: Bim Planning Services. In Connection With The High-Performance Networks, A General Renovation Of Route 1720 (Hamburg – Hanover), Including The Stations, Is To Be Carried Out And Measures Are To Be Implemented To Achieve The Future Station Standards. The Celle Reception Building Is On This Route. Celle Train Station Is A Category 3 Above-Ground Transport Facility And Is Used By Around 6,500 Travelers Per Day. The Reception Building Was Built In 1922 As A Solid Construction With Wooden Roof Structures. The Building Is Not Listed. As A “Light Art Station”, The Location Was Supplemented By A Variety Of Light Installations And Serves As A Connection To The Celle Art Museum And The City’S Flagship. Due To Its Age, The Building Requires Maintenance And Modernization, Which Was Assessed And Compiled Through A Current Report And Further Inspections. The Aim Of The Project Is, As A Supplement To The Project Mandate “Hln-Corridor Hamburg Hannover”, The Holistic Renovation In The Sense Of Comprehensive General Renovation. This Includes The Reduction Of Vacant Space Within The Building Through Newly Developed Usage Units, Modernization Of The Reception Hall And Shop Facades, Renovation Of The Building Structure (Roof, Facade, External And Internal Walls, Ceilings), Sealing Measures And The Renewal Of The Building Services (Elt, Tga). This Award Includes The Object And Structural Planning Of Buildings, The Specialist Planning Of Building Physics And Technical Equipment (System Groups 410, 420, 430, 440, 460 And 480) As Well As Surveying Services According To Bim Methodology. Service Phases 1 - 4 According To Hoai Are Transferred. Service Phases 5 - 7 And Sometimes 3 - 4 Are Optional.
