Water Meters – Framework Agreement For The Procurement Of Water Meters - Vennesla Municipality. The Objective Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into Contract For The Procurement And Delivery Of Electronic Smart Water Meters With The Accompanying Collection Software. Vennesla Municipality Has 4,800 Water Meters, Of Which 3,800 Are 10 Years Or Older And Are Mature Replacements. The Remaining Water Meters Will Reach Their Lifetime Before They Must Be Replaced. The Municipality Has Ambitions That All Water Meters Shall Be Replaced In The Agreement Period. The Contracting Authority Has An Option To Purchase Software For Receiving And Analysing Data Connected To Leak Detection. See The Requirement Specifications For A Comprehensive Description Of The Delivery. The Contracting Authority Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Tenderer.
