Landscaping Work – Pleidelsheim Community - New Construction Of Neckarbande Daycare Center: Outdoor Facilities. The Municipality Of Pleidelsheim Is Planning To Build A New 5-Class Daycare Center On The Northwestern Outskirts Of Pleidelsheim. The Construction Site Extends Along The Dam Structure On The Neckar Canal And Is Currently Used As A Public Playground And Barbecue Area. That No Basement, Double Ceilings Or Wooden Stud Walls With Stacked Board Ceilings Should Be Built. On The Ground Floor, In Addition To A Cooking Kitchen And Various Technical And Storage Rooms, There Is A Multi-Purpose Room, As Well As Rooms For Two Groups And A Multi-Room. On The Upper Floor There Are Rooms For Three Additional Groups, As Well As For The Kindergarten Management And Staff. As A Second Escape Route On The Upper Floor, An Escape Balcony Is Arranged On Three Sides Around The Building. The Escape Balcony Leads Via Stairs To The Ground Floor Of The Outdoor Facilities.
