The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Construction Of A New Elementary School Building And School Hall In Dugi Selo, Zelena Street, Code No. 182, K.O. Andrilovec. The Project Includes The Furnishing And Construction Of A School Building And School Hall, As Well As Landscaping (School Grounds, Outdoor Teaching Areas, Access Roads And Pedestrian Areas, Parking Lot, School Square And Others. The Project Is Financed Based On The Agreement On The Allocation Of Grants For Projects Financed From The Mechanism For Recovery And Resilience - Construction Of A New School And A Two-Part Sports Hall And A Small Hall In Dugi Selo - Npoo.C3.1.R1-12.01-V1.0042 The Construction Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Valid Normatives For The Dimensioning Of Primary Schools In The Republic Of Croatia In 2022, Which Must Be Accommodated In The Existing Capacities And In The Newly Planned School Building. It Is Planned To Build A School Building With A Total Of 672 Children In 12+12 Classes. 4/5 For 24 Ro. The Total Area Of The Project For The Described Number Of Departments And The Number Of Children Is Approx. 6,841.0 M2 Gross. Provision Of Necessary And Additional Spaces In Accordance With The Standards And Specific Requirements Of The Primary Schools In The Republic Of Croatia 2022 And To A Certain Extent In Accordance With The Still Valid State Pedagogical Standard Of Education And Training (Nn 63/08). Contain All The Necessary Spaces For The Proper Functioning Of The Planned Purpose. Provide Road Access To The Public Road Surface, And A Part Of The Plot Must Be Arranged As A Green Space. It Is Necessary To Plan The Traffic At Rest In The Manner Prescribed By The Valid Spatial Planning Documentation. The Mechanical And Electrical Solution Will Ensure The Maximum Use Of Renewable Energy Sources For The Needs Of These Technological Processes Power Plants.
