Railway-Track Maintenance Services – Rada Köppäðin Alliance 2027-2032, Kpa01 (Uusimaa), Safety Devices. The Maintenance Of The Track And Safety Equipment In Maintenance Area 1 (Uusimaa) Is Carried Out As A Service Alliance. The Alliance Is Made Up Of The Customers, The Tracks Superstructure Maintainer And The Tracks Safety Equipment Maintainer. At The Same Time, The Customer Initiates The Procurement Of A Track Superstructure Maintainer For Maintenance Area 1 As Its Own Procurement. The Object Of This Procurement Is The Maintenance Of The Service Alliances Safety Equipment. The Service Alliance Agreement Includes A Development Phase From 1 August 2026 To 31 March 2027. Maintenance Area 1 Includes About 300 Track-Km Of Mainly Multi-Track Track, About 1,100 Switches, About 370 Culverts And About 46.5 Km Of Rock Cuts, And About 450 Bridges, Of Which About 380 Are The Actual Bridges Of The Rail Network. Maintenance Area 1 Also Includes The Tunnels Of Espoo, Malminkartano, Kivistö, Lentoasema And Savio, Labbacka And Vuorela (Riihimäki Triple Track). The Total Length Of The Tunnels Is About 23.3 Km. Maintenance Area 1 Includes The Following Track Sections: 1101: Helsinki - (Pasila) 1102: (Pasila) - (Riihimäki) 1103: (Riihimäki) - (Lahti) 1104: (Pasila) - Kirkkonummi 1105: (Huopalahti) - Vantaankoski - (Havukoski) 1106: (Kerava) - Sköldvik/Porvoo ((Olli)-Porvoo Leased Out; Not Included In The Contract At The Start Date) 1107: (Kytömaa) - (Hakosilta) 1108: Vuosaari - (Kerava) 1109: Ilmala Railway Yard 1110: Pasila Railway Yard 1111: Riihimäki Railway Yard 1112: Lahti Railway Yard Maintenance Of Safety Equipment Includes E.G. The Maintenance, Troubleshooting, And Malfunction Repair Measures Required For Railway Safety Devices. These Devices Include E.G. Setting Devices, Warning Devices, Availability Monitoring Devices, External Devices (Signals, Gears, Etc.) And Power Supply Systems.
