The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Select A Specialized Company To Carry Out The Supply And Installation Of Water Meters; As Well As Their Digitalization And Monitoring, Guaranteeing Compliance With The Purposes Pursued With This Perte Of Digitalization Of The Water Cycle, Which Are: 1. Improving Knowledge Of The Uses Of Water To Consolidate Integrated Management Of Water Resources And Improving Efficiency In The Use Of Water In Spain, Minimizing The Impact Of Climate Change. 2. Increase Transparency In Water Management In Spain And The Information Available To Administrations, Users, Consumers, Associations In General, So That The Bases Are Established To Raise Awareness Among The Population And Water Users Of Its Responsible And Sustainable Use And To Strengthen And Develop The Capacities Of The Managing Entities Of The Integral Water Cycle. 3. Contribute To The Fulfillment Of The Environmental Objectives Established In Hydrological Planning In The Different Bodies Of Water, To The Fight Against Water Pollution, To The Fulfillment Of Ecological Flows And In General, To The Promotion Of The Management Of The Public Hydraulic Domain And The Protection Of Waters. 4.
