For each tender pay a non-refundable document fee of QR 1,000/- Payable to Q-Chem, Bank Account (Contract Services - Tender) Account Number 001-242007-003 with HSBC Bank) and submit the original receipt with an Authorization letter on Tenderer Company Letterhead with ID copy of the Tenderer representative via email to tadvertisement@qchem.com.qa In the authorization letter Tenderer shall nominate a single focal point with contact mobile number, official email address, office number, fax number for the communications related to this tender for the transfer and receipt of the tender documents. The Bank receipt must indicate the tender number and the tenderer name (company name).
