Quotation are invited for Up gradation of Chlorine Dioxide System in Ghafat and Mushrif Reservoirs in the Emirate of Dubai Tenderers shall arrange Tender Bond for AED 640,000/- (Dirhams Six Hundred Forty Thousand only) in case the Tenderer quotes for the complete scope of the Tender or the aggregate of Tender Bond values specified by DEWA in the Tender document for each quoted Sections, in case the Tenderer quotes for particular Sections only, strictly in the format specified in the Tender Document and submit the Bond by authenticated SWIFT message to ENBD Bank, Main Branch, Post Box 2923, Dubai, in the form of an authenticated Swift message from their Bank in Dubai, in prescribed format, three Bank working days prior to the Tender Submission date and time. The Tender Bond in the form of a swift message shall be verbatim in the format provided in the Tender document and shall be valid for 150 calendar days following the last date fixed for receipt of Tender. STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) Prices should be DDP delivery duty paid at DEWA stores. 2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams 3) DEWA Standard payment terms is 30 days credit from the date of acceptance of material 4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest.
