Extension Of The Vodňanská Archive, České Budějovice. The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Extension Of The Archive In Vodňanská Street. It Is A Rectangular Ground Plan Object With External Dimensions Of Approx. 21.3 X 12.3 M. The Object Is Two-Storey With A Total Height Of Approx. 6.65 M. A Mobile Shelving System For The Archive Will Be Placed On The 1St Floor And A Static Shelving System Will Be Placed On The 2Nd Floor According To The Layout In The Project Documentation. The Accidental Load For Both Floors Is 1000 Kg/M2. The Building Is Designed As A Modular Building (Container System) Prepared In The Production Hall, Which Will Then Be Installed On Foundations And Connected To Technical Networks. After The Installation Of The Individual Modules, The Entire Building Will Be Provided With An Additional Insulation Layer, Including The Facade. The Building Will Be Covered With A Flat Roof With A Waterproofing Roof Foil. The Extension Is Connected To The Existing Building By A Connecting Neck On Both Levels. Communication Between The 1St Floor And The 2Nd Floor Of The Extension Is Ensured By A Staircase And A Cargo Lift. The Building Is Heated By Hot Water Heaters Connected To Czt (Central Heat Source).
