The Subject Of The Order Are Maintenance Works On County Roads In The Myślenice Poviat, Excluding The Raciechowice Commune. Types Of Works Included In The Scope Of The Order: - Earthworks, - Manual Cutting And Clearing Of Bushes, - Mechanical Cutting And Filling Of Roadsides With Earth And Stone Material, - Ongoing Maintenance Of Culverts, - Construction Of Pipe Road Culverts, - Strengthening Ditches With Prefabricated Slabs Or In Another Way, - Laying Concrete Sewage, - Installation Of Protective Barriers, - Elimination Of Breakthroughs, - Cleaning Of Manholes, - Cleaning Of Ditches From Silt, - Other Intervention Works As Needed. The Indicative Scope Of Works Is Included In The Cost Estimate, Which Is An Attachment To This Swz. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Arrangements With The Ordering Party. The Quantities Of Works Covered By The Cost Estimate Are Indicative, Expected Quantities And May Be Reduced Or Increased Within The Amount Given In The Offer. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order In At Least 80% Of The Order Value, Provided That The Contractor Is Properly Involved. The Contractor Must Independently Reach The Place Where The Works Are To Be Performed. The Location Of The Works Will Be Determined By The Road Number And Mileage, Consistent With The Road Records Of Zdp Myślenice. The Works Will Be Performed Solely On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Order. The Ordering Party Will Commission The Works, Specifying Their Subject And Location.
