Note! This Is A Participation Application Request (National, Restricted, Procedure According To The Putu Act). The Logistics Department Of The Defense Forces (Hereafter Procurement Unit) Requests An Application For Participation Regarding The Modernization Of The Fuel Storage Tank Level Measurement System And Overfill Detectors In The Karelian Air Force In Accordance With This Application For Participation And Its Appendices. The Suppliers Responsibility Is To Provide The Service So-Called On A Turnkey Basis So That The End Result Is Completely Ready For The Customers Use Without Any Separate Measures. The Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Standards Sfs 3350 And Sfs 3352, Sfs6000 And Sfs 60079-14. The Plma712/2017 Regulation Must Also Be Followed. In Addition, The Locks Of The Existing System, Programming Changes, Parameterizations, Installations And Documentation Updates Must Be Taken Care Of. The Delivery Package Includes The Necessary Extensions And Electromechanical Components As Well As The Necessary Software. The Technical Requirements Of The Procurement Are Presented In More Detail In The Request For Tender. Those Working In The Atex Space And Designers Are Required To Have Proven Atex Competence. The Tender Is Carried Out As A National Limited Procedure In Accordance With The Act On Public Defense And Security Procurement (Later Putu Act, 1531/2011). The Procurement Is A Service Procurement In Accordance With Section 5, Subsection 3, Clause 3 Of The Putu Act, As The Service Is Intended To Be Used For Security Purposes And The Implementation Of The Procurement Requires Extensive Use Of Security-Classified Material. Thus, According To § 12 Of The General Procurement Act (1397/2016), The Procurement Does Not Fall Within The Scope Of That Law. Based On The Competition, A Procurement Contract Is Concluded Between The Procurement Unit And The Selected Tenderer.
