The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Student Residences Managed By Tartu Üliõpilaskyla According To The Actual Consumption For The Period 01.05.2026 - 30.04.2027. The Student Residences Related To The Public Procurement Are Located In The City Of Tartu At The Addresses Raatuse 22, Narva Mnt 25, Narva Mnt 27, Narva Mnt 89, Nooruse 7, Purde 27, Pepleri 14, Tiigi 14 And Väike 6, Jakobsoni 41 In The City Of Viljandi. The Electricity Sold Must Be 100% Produced From Renewable Energy Sources Within The Meaning Of § 57 Of The Electricity Market Act. Electricity Is Purchased At The Stock Market Price Of Nord Pool Spots Estonian Price Range, To Which The Providers Service Fee (Margin) Is Added. The Expected Annual Electricity Consumption Of The Said Student Residences Is 2700 Mwh. The Supplier Also Sells The Electricity Produced On Its Site Back To The Provider As Part Of The Procurement Contract. The Amount Of Resale Is Up To 5 Mwh Per Year.
