Tittelsi-Smart Grid Emulator Trainer System . Beskrivelsetraining System For Power Engineering System. The Objective Of This Procurement Is To Acquire A Modular, Laboratory-Scale Educational Power Engineering System That Enables Hands-On Teaching, Experimentation, And Analysis Of Smart Grids And Distributed Energy Systems. The System Shall Support Realistic Operation And Measurement Of Three-Phase Power Networks, Complex Electrical Loads, Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Generation, Inverter Control, Reactive Power Provision, And Voltage Control In A Local Low-Voltage Grid. The Equipment Shall Be Suitable For Regular Use In A Higher-Education Laboratory Environment, Allowing Students And Staff To Safely Configure, Operate, Monitor, And Evaluate Power-System Behaviour Under Controlled And Repeatable Conditions, Using Both Physical Hardware And Associated Software Tools.
