Radioactive-, Toxic-, Medical- And Hazardous Waste Services – Hazardous Waste Removal, Collection Container B.. Acceptance, Transportation And Handling Of Ewc Code 070513*, 160303*, 160305*, 180103*, 180106*, 180109 Hazardous Waste And Other Hazardous Waste From The Headquarters And Locations Of The National Blood Supply Service, Generated In The Course Of Its Activities, And Located In Warehouses According To The 2012 Waste Clxxxv. According To Law, On The Basis Of Own Permission Or With The Use Of A Subcontractor, As Well As The Provision Of Primary And Secondary Collection Containers Used For Local Collection And Transport. Quantity To Be Purchased For The Entire Contract Period: The Entire Contract Period Is 24 Months. During The Scope Of The Contract, The Bidder Is Entitled To Deviate By A Maximum Of 30% From The Planned Quantity Determined Both In Terms Of The Quantity Of Hazardous Waste To Be Transported And The Quantity Of Collection Devices To Be Delivered. The Contract Does Not Need To Be Modified To Apply The Quantity Difference, Its Conditions – Especially The Unit Prices – Are The Same As The Unit Prices Offered By The Winning Bidder. The Quantitative Difference Can Be Used Separately Or Together For The Removal Of Hazardous Waste And The Provision Of Collection Equipment. The Planned Basic Amount Of Hazardous Waste To Be Transported, Which Includes Waste With Ewc Codes 070513*, 160303*, 160305*, 180103*, 180106*, 180109 And Other Hazardous Waste, Is Expected To Be A Total Of 545,638 Kg +30% Optional Amount. The Planned Quantity Of Single-Use Qualified Collection Devices For The Collection Of Infectious And Other Hazardous Waste Is 123,854 +30% Optional Quantity. The Bidders Obligation To Draw Applies To The Basic Quantities Specified Per Item In The Technical Description That Is Part Of The Public Procurement Documents, Both For Hazardous Waste And For Packaging Materials, The Additional Optional Amount May Be Drawn During The Basic Supply Activity Due To The Unpredictability Of The Donor Traffic. The Option Can Be Enforced By The Bidders Unilateral Declaration Of Rights Addressed To The Winning Bidder. The Bidder Is Not Obliged To Order The Full And Optional Quantities Either. It Is Not Possible To Make A Separate Price Offer For The Optional Part, The Unit Price For It Is The Same As The Unit Price For The Basic Quantity. Based On The Right Of Purchase Specified In The Invitation To Tender, During The Term Of The Contract (24 Months After The Conclusion Of The Contract), The Bidder Is Entitled, Depending On The Use, To Order A Maximum Of 30% Of The Total Quantity For Each Part After Calling The Total Quantity For Each Part, So That The Quantity Affected By The Right Of Purchase Can Be Enforced In Any Proportion In Relation To Any Component Of The Bidder.
