According To Section 5 Paragraph 1 Gifttierg Nrw, In The Event Of A Ban On Keeping Animals, The State Office Should Order That The Person Keeping Them Must Tolerate The Removal Of The Animal Or Animals By The State Office Or A Person Commissioned By The State Office. For The Tasks Resulting From § 5 Gifttierg Nrw (Species Identification, Professional Removal And Relocation Into Transport Containers, Professional Safe Transport As Well As The Species-Appropriate And Behaviorally Appropriate Accommodation Of Poisonous Animals Taken Away Due To Bans On Keeping Them) As Well As The Poisonous Animals That May Be Confiscated As Part Of Criminal Or Administrative Offense Proceedings Within The Meaning Of §§ 8 And 9, Lave Is Dependent On Cooperation With External Service Providers For Various Reasons. Due To Species Protection And Animal Welfare Regulations (Reserve Of Permission In Accordance With Section 11 Of The Animal Welfare Act), The Animals Must Be Accommodated In Germany Until They Are Sold Or Passed On.
