The Table Template Is An Annex To Swz.7. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Obtain, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, After Completing All Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, A Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility Or To Effectively Notify About The Completion Of Construction, In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Construction Law.8.
