The Task Is Not Divided Into Parts (Justification In Chapter Iii, Section 5 Of The Swz).4. Description Of The Order: 1) The Order Concerns The Performance Of Thermal Modernization Works Within A Multi-Family Residential Building Located On The Registered Plot No. 167/13 In Kurkocin. The Total Building Area Is 641.75 M². The Facility Is Under Conservation Protection. The Scope Of Work Includes Renovation Works On The Buildings Facade (Removal Of Loose Plasters, Cleaning Of The Facade, Reconstruction Of Cornices, Ornaments, Window Sills And Window Decorations, Priming Of Walls, Replenishment Of Plasters, Painting Works), Cleaning Of Basement Walls - Foundations, Slurrying Of Foundations Of Basement Walls, Reconstruction Of Chimneys Together With Renovation Of Spigots, Reconstruction Of Main Stairs Together With Walls And Reconstruction Of The Balcony Crown Along With With Installation Of Thermal And Waterproofing, Dismantling Of Prefabricated Chimneys, Insulating The Lower Part Of The Roof With Polystyrene, And Removing The Asbestos On The Upper Part Of The Roof, Formwork And Laying Karo Panels Made Of Coated Sheet Metal, Insulating The Attic Of The Building Higher From The Bottom With Mineral Wool, Sheet Metal Flashings, Window Sills, Gutters And Downpipes, Replacing Window And Door Joinery, Insulation Floors In The Basement, Corridor In The Upper Part Of The Building, Boiler Room And Fuel Storage Room, Installation Of A Central Heating System In The Building Along With Radiators, Distributors, Heat Meters In Distribution Cabinets, Construction Of A Pellet Boiler Room With A Nominal Power Of 60 Kw Along With A Fuel Storage Room, Construction Of The Main Switchboard For The Buildings Electricity Supply And Installation Of Meters For Individual Apartments And Boiler Rooms, Replacement Of The Electrical Installation In General Communications Along With Replacement Of Lighting With Energy-Saving Led Lights.2) A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annexes No. 10 To No. 12 To The Swz And This Swz.
