1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build Formula Titled: Design And Execution Of Construction Works Regarding The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Municipal Amphitheater In Wągrowiec. Due To The Poor Technical Condition Of The Existing Stage Backstage Building And The Expansion Of The Stand Towards The West And Change Of Its Elevations, It Is Necessary To Replace The Stage And Building With A New Facility. Part Of The Amphitheater, I.E. The Stage With The Roof, The Backstage Building And The Control Room Building, Should Be Demolished. The Auditorium Will Be Rebuilt And Expanded. A New Back-Up Building With A Stage Should Be Designed And Built, And A Roof Over The Entire Amphitheater With A Stand Should Be Designed And Built. The Key Element Of The Investment Is The Roofing Of The Stage And The Entire Stand. The Roof Is Planned To Be Based On A Structure In The Form Of A Spatial Steel Truss With A Simple Geometric Form. The Roof Should Be Covered On All Sides With A Semi-Transparent Membrane Ensuring Partial Access To Daylight. The Park Areas Will Be Subject To Recultivation. It Is Planned To Replace The Surface Of The Park Paths With A Natural, Improved And Stabilized Ground Surface. The Paths Will Be Equipped With The Necessary Number Of Waste Bins, Benches And New Lighting. The Area Will Be Equipped With A Cctv Monitoring System Connected To The City Network. The Investment Area Includes Pedestrian Paths, Bicycle Paths And Bicycle Paths2. The Task Involves The Revitalization Of Degraded Urban Areas Through The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Municipal Amphitheater In Wągrowiec And Includes, Among Others: In Particular: • Reconstruction Of The Stands Of The Amphitheater (Audience) Together With The Control Room; • Demolition Of The Existing Stage And Facilities; • Construction Of A New Stage And Facilities; • Construction Of A New Roof Over The Amphitheater; • Reconstruction Of Pedestrian Routes And Technical Access To The Amphitheater, Small Architectural Objects, Lighting, Infrastructure Network. 3. The Investment Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation (Including Development Of A Construction Design Together With A Land Development Design, Development Of Technical And Executive Designs, Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates Of Works, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, A Detailed Material And Financial Schedule Of Construction Works (Prepared On The Basis Of An Executive Cost Estimate With Deadlines For Completing A Particular Scope Of Works)) By The Contractor In Accordance With, Among Others, Functional And Utility Program, And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions (If A Decision On Environmental Conditions Is Also Required, From The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments), Opinions, Studies, Technical Conditions, Arrangements And Permits Agreed With The Relevant Institutions For The Modernization, Reconstruction And Expa
