The Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Obtain Assistance For Legal Assessments In The Ongoing Work With A New Law On The Registration Of Non-Profit Welfare Actors. The Legislation Is Based On A Proposal From The Støstad Committees Report Nou 2024: 1 Definition And Registration Of Non-Profit Welfare Actors. There Is A Particular Need For Assessments Of Proposals For A Definition And A Registration Solution With Different Devices In Light Of Eu And Eea Legal Requirements, And With Particular Emphasis On The Procurement Directive And The Services Directive. The Assignment Must Result In A Memorandum That Discusses The Above-Mentioned Issues. Furthermore, There Is A Need For Legal Advice For The Ministrys Work With A Consultation Note And The Design Of A Concrete Legislative Proposal. The Final Delivery Deadline For The Assignment Is 14 August 2026. Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is From Nok 1 Million. Excl. Vat To Nok 2 Million. Excl. Vat The Estimate Is Not Binding On The Client. Within This Framework, The Client Wants An Option For An Additional Assignment Of Up To Nok. 1,000,000 Excl. Vat The Delivery Deadline In The Event Of An Option Being Exercised Is 1 December 2026. The Additional Assignment Will Deal With Further Legal Assistance Following The Public Hearing Of The Bill.
