Recycled Vehicle Program (Rvp) . Icbc Is Launching A Competitive Procurement To Renew Its Recycled Vehicle Program (Rvp) As The Current Contract Expires On March 31, 2026. The New 12‑Month Contract Will Award The Purchase And Processing Of Dismantled And Scrap Vehicle Metal By Region And Site. Scrap Metal Will Be Sold To The Highest‑Bidding Qualified Supplier For Each Location. Bids Must Start At $25, Increase In $25 Increments, And Remain Firm For The Full Contract Term With No Quarterly Price Adjustments. Bids Meeting All Mandatory Requirements Will Be Evaluated Solely On Pricing In Form 3. If Two Or More Proponents Submit Identical Highest Bids, Icbc May Request A Re‑Bid From The Tied Proponents.
