The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Of Building No. 43776 P+R Depo Zličín (Hereinafter Referred To As Building), Based On The Project Documentation At The Level Of Contractor Selection Documentation (Dvz) Processed By Metroprojekt A.S. With Its Registered Office At Argentinská 1621/36, 170 00 Prague 7, Id: 452 71 895. The P+R Building Is Near The B Zličín Metro Station, Near Na Radosti Street. The Building Is Situated Within A Short Walking Distance To The Zličín Metro Station On The B Line And Also To Future Public Transport Bus Stops And The Regional Pid System. The Parking Building Is Designed As A Five-Story Double Tract With A Half-Ramp Arrangement Of The Internal Ramps, Which Means That The Level Of Both Tracts Is Shifted By Half The Height Of The Floors. A Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance, Including Business, Invoicing And Other Terms And Conditions Is Set Out In Appendix No. 2 Draft Contract For Work – Binding Business Terms And Conditions.
