It Falls Under The Public Procurement Code And Is Carried Out Using An Adapted Open Procedure (Without Pre-Selection Of Candidates) In Application Of Articles L2123-1 And R2123-1.3° (Social Services And Other Specific Services) Of The Said Code. The Framework Agreement Type Contract With Purchase Orders Is A Public Contract For Services Falling Within The Category Of Social Services And Other Specific Services, In Application Of Articles L2125-1, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Benefits Are Not Allocated Due To Their Nature And Their Execution Conditions.
