Drain Covers – Delivery Of Well Material To Favrskov Spildevand A/S, Mariagerfjord Vand A/S, Vesthimmerlands Vand A/S, Samsø Spildevand A/S, Skanderborg Spildevand A/S, Skive Vand A/S, Vandmiljø Randers A/S. Tender For The Purchase Of Well Materials For The Ordering Party Favrskov Spildevand A/S, Mariagerfjord Vand A/S, Vesthimmerlands Vand A/S, Samsø Spildevand A/S, Skanderborg Spildevand A/S, Skive Vand A/S And Vandmiljø Randers A/S. One Framework Agreement Is Entered Into With All The Aforementioned Named Suppliers As Contracting Parties. It Is Clarified That The Framework Agreement Contains An Independence Clause. Each Individual Customer Enters Into And Implements Its Own, Independent Contractual Relationships, Including Orders And Concrete Orders, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Agreement. Reference Is Made To Section 2 Of The Tender Conditions. Draft Terms And Conditions Of The Framework Agreement Can Be Found In Appendix 4. The Framework Agreement Is Offered For A Duration Of 2 Years And Is Valid For The Period 1 May 2026 - 30 April 2028. The Agreement Is Associated With An Option To Extend The Agreement On Unchanged Terms For Up To 2 X 12 Months. The Agreement Therefore Ends On 30 April At The Latest 2030 Without The Possibility Of Further Extension. The Clients Expected Total Consumption Of The Framework Agreement During The Entire Term Of The Agreement (Incl. Options For Agreement Extension) Amounts To: Dkk 33,000,000.00 Excl. Vat The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Dkk 39,000,000.00 Excl. Vat. This Framework Agreement Is Not Divided Into Sub-Agreements Based On An Assessment That One Overall Framework Agreement Will Ensure Much Higher Efficiency And Consistency. By Pooling The Procurement Of Goods, The Ordering Party Has Assessed That More Optimal Coordination, Continuity And Economies Of Scale Are Ensured. A Division Into Partial Agreements Would Also Create A More Complex Administrative Burden For The Ordering Party. Tenders Are Assessed On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Tender Based On The Award Criterion Price, Cf. § 162, Subsection 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 1.
