The Bidder Must Offer The Entire Range Of Services That Are The Subject Of Procurement. Offers That Cover Only Part Of The Required Scope Of Services Will Not Be Considered. The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer And Perform Services In Accordance With All Technical And Other Conditions Specified In This Procurement Documentation.
