The City Of Vantaa Tenders The Gas Springs Needed As Spare Parts For Kindergarten Beds For The Property Maintenance Needs Of Vantaan Tilapalvelut Oy (Later Also The Customer) In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. Gas Springs Are Used To Ensure The Safe And Controlled Opening And Closing Of Nursery Beds. The Procurement Will Supplement The Maintenance Stocks And Ensure That Broken Or Weakened Gas Springs Can Be Replaced Without Delay For The Bunk Beds In Use By Daycare Centers. The Products Offered Must Be Of High Quality, Safe And Suitable For Their Purpose. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In This Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Contract Period Is Fixed-Term For Two (2) Years And The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract For Two (2) One (1) Year Option Periods. It Is A Framework Arrangement For Which No More Than Two (2) Framework Contract Suppliers Are Selected Based On A Comparison Of Offers In Order Of Priority. The Terms Of The Framework Arrangement Are Described In More Detail In The Draft Contract Attached To The Request For Tenders (Appendix 4). The Customer Does Not Commit To The Stated Purchase Quantities Or Euro Values ​​During The Contract Period.
