Software Consultancy Services – Framework Agreement For The Procurement And Management Of Software Licences And Software Products.. The Objective Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Tenderer For The Procurement And Management Of Software Licences And Software Products, Including Microsoft And Adobe Licences, Veeam And Any Other Software Products As Needed. The Framework Agreement Shall Ensure Nfi An Overall, Cost Efficient And Predictable Access To The Necessary Software Licences And Accompanying Services. This Shall Support Stable Operation, Ensure Security And Compliance, As Well As Enable Flexible Scaling In Accordance With The Organisations Strategic And Ongoing Needs. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Annex 2, Requirement Specification, In The Contracting Authority ́S Kgv. The Contract Will Be Valid For 2+2 Years From When The Contract Is Signed. The Maximum Contract Period Is 4 Years. The Contract Will Be Automatically Extended If Nfi Has Not Given Written Notification Of Termination At The Latest Three Months Before The First Contract Period Expires. The Project Will Start Immediately After The Contract Has Been Signed.
