Road-Maintenance Works – Framework Agreement For Execution Of Current And Periodic Maintenance Works Of Municipal Roads In Lugoj Municipality. The Repair Works Will Be Carried Out On The Entire Network Of Roads And Bridges Under The Administration Of Lugoj Municipality In Order To Maintain All The Components Of The Road In Technical Conditions Corresponding To The Continuous And Safe Flow Of Traffic. The Maintenance Works Will Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Relevant Legal Provisions And The Elements Designed And Highlighted In The Specifications And The Technical Documentation Prepared By S.C. Lip R.R.B. Design S.R.L., Attached To This Documentation. The Contractual Authority Proposes To Conclude A Framework Agreement Whose Validity Will Be 48 Months From Signing. During The Period Of The Framework Agreement, It Is Estimated That 1-2 Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded Annually, Depending On The Needs Identified And The Budget Funds Allocated For This Purpose. The Anticipated Estimated Quantities Of Works To Be Purchased For The Duration Of The Entire Framework Agreement Are Presented In This Specification. The Contracting Authority Informs The Potential Bidders That The Respective Quantities Are Estimates, The Purchaser Awarding The Subsequent Contracts Strictly According To His Own Needs And His Financial Availability. The Buyer Does Not Have The Obligation To Contract The Minimum Or Maximum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement And Can Request Any Works From The Technical Proposal Of The Provider, In Any Quantities, Up To The Competition Of The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement. The Quantities And Values ​​Established In The Framework Agreement May Be Modified Similar To The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016.
