Software Package And Information Systems – Modernizace Kis Fons Enterprise. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Clinical (Hospital) System (Hereinafter Also Kis) Of The Contracting Authority Fons Enterprise In The Form Of Expanding Functionalities In The Sense Of Implementing The Requirements Of Ehealth Standards In Accordance With The Requirements Of Act No. 325/2021 Coll., On The Electronicization Of Healthcare, As Amended, Act No. 372/2011 Coll., On Health Services, As Amended, For The Purpose Of Electronicizing New Services Directly Serving Staff And Indirectly To Citizens And Foreigners By Increasing The Quality And Capacity Of Health Care Provision Using Information Technology And Procedures Made Possible By Electronicization, Developing The Transfer Of Information Between Health Service Providers By Developing Connections To Exchange Systems, Or Sharing Of Medical Documentation, Including Modifications To The Existing Information System, Addition Of The Necessary Functionalities, Provision Of The Necessary Licenses, Implementation, Integration Of The Kis On The Newly Acquired Information Platform, Training Of The Buyers Operator And Handing Over Of Documents That Relate To The Delivered Goods, In Particular Warranty Certificates, User Manuals, Administrative And Security Documentation, Documentation Of The Actual Implementation, Including Warranty And Ensuring Maintenance, Operation Support, Service And Development Of Systems For A Period Of 60 Months, And Further According To The Other Conditions Of The Tender Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Is Also The Connection To The Ehealth System For Viewing The Patients Medical Documentation, The Patient Summary (Ehr) And Others, I.E. The Transmission Of Information Both Between Health Service Providers And Towards Citizens (Patients), Connection To The National Health Information System And Connection To Central Tribal Registers Within The Central Services Of Electronic Health Care. The Subject Of The Contract Is Also Other Required Electronic Functionalities To Support And Streamline Patient Care, Internal Agendas, Processes And Clinical Logistics. The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Work Contract And A Service Contract For The Provision Of Service Services With The Selected Supplier.
