The Following Services Must Be Provided In Detail: A. Building A Suitable Infrastructure B. Development Of Software That Meets The Functional And Non-Functional Requirements Of The Client Under A Common Open Source License And Using Third-Party Open Source Libraries (At This Point Reference Is Made To The Attached Specifications) C. Security Configurations D. Installation Of Basic Modules E. Execution Of Extensive Tests (Test Environment) And Problem Identification (+ Acceptance Tests By The Client) F. Technical Moderation And Implementation Of The Rollout Into Regular Operations G. Building A Barrier-Free System H. Documentation Of All Theoretical And Application-Related Steps 2. Implementation Of Relevant Functions And Requirements (Here Too, Explicit Reference Is Made To The Specifications) The Following Services Must Be Provided In Detail: A. Further Development Of The Basic Software And, If Necessary, Programming Of Necessary Additional Functions B. Establishment Of Interfaces For External Actors Outside The State Administration Network (Access Functions) C. Setting Up Automatic Notification Mechanisms For External Actors D. Attention To Data Security 3. Methodical Development Of A New, More Efficient Data Model And Data Migration The Following Services Must Be Provided In Detail: A. The Existing Data Model Is Evaluated In Close Cooperation With The Client B. Development Of A New, More Efficient Data Model C. If Necessary, Workshops And Exchange Dates D. Data Migration Of The Old Data And Integration Into The New System 4. Hosting And Operation Of The Web-Based System The Following Services Must Be Provided In Detail: A. Provision Of Sufficient And Powerful Server Capacities B. Operation Via Web Server C. Required: Database, Application, Web And Test Server D. The Database Must Be Operated Around The Clock (24-Hour Operation). E. Compliance With And Preservation Of The Security Standards Identified On The Basis Of The Protection Needs Assessment 5. Technical And Content-Related Support The Following Services Must Be Provided In Detail: A. Technical Support For The Client During Ongoing Operations For Adjustments/Changes To The Data Model And Individual Features/Feature Characteristics (First-Level Support). B. Provision Of A Permanent Contact Person (Telephone & Email; Working Days 8 A.M. - 4 P.M.) For The Client To Advise On Technical And Content-Related Questions. A Classic Hotline For Users From The Universities And It.Nrw Is Not Planned; A Contact Person Is Required For The Few Users Of The Client (Mkw). C. Feedback Should Be Provided On Working Days (Response Time) In The Event Of Defects That Prevent Operations And Longer Downtimes Of The System
