The Subject Of This Tender Is The Conclusion Of The Advertised Framework Contract With A Company That Mediates Südwestfalen-It (Sit) In Concluding A Microsoft Campus Ees Contract Between It (Sit) And Microsoft Deutschland Gmbh. The Eligible School Authorities/Corporations Named In The Tender Documents Must Be Able To Access All Licenses/Products Included In The Microsoft Campus Ees Contract In Order To Use Them During The 36-Month Term Of The Framework Agreement Via The Framework Agreement Advertised Here And The Microsoft Campus Ees Agreement. This Includes In Particular - But Not Exclusively - The Following Licenses: - Microsoft Entra Id Premium P1 - Microsoft Entra Id Premium P2 - Microsoft Defender Endpoint P1 Education - Microsoft Defender Endpoint P2 Education - Ecal Suite - Ems E3 For Education A3 - Ems E5 For Education A5 - Microsoft 365 A3 Education - Microsoft 365 A5 Education - Microsoft Sql Cal - Windows 11 Education A3/Se - Windows 11 Education A5/Se - Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop Services Cal - Microsoft Windows Server Cal And In Particular - But Not Exclusively - The Following Server Licenses: - Microsoft Exchange Server Standard Onprem - Microsoft Sql Server Standard Edition - Microsoft Sql Server Enterprise Core - Microsoft Sql Server Standard Core - Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter Core 16 - Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter Core 2 - Microsoft Windows Server Standard Core 16 - Microsoft Windows Server Standard Core 2 Südwestfalen-It Itself Is Entitled To Retrieve Operating Software And Servers From The Microsoft Campus Ees Contract In Order To Use Them In The School Context Use. In Addition To The Entire Scope Of The Microsoft Campus Ees Contract, The Following Additional Services Are Also The Subject Of The Tender: - Creation Of A Multi-Tenant Structure, - 1St Level Remote Support And - Advice That Goes Beyond 1St Level Support (E.G. License Advice). In Total, The School Authorities Of Over 72 Local Authorities And, To A Certain Extent, The Südwestfalen-It Will Be Authorized To Access The Information. The Contractor Has No Right To Claim That Certain Services Or Services Are Accessed In A Certain Number/Amount Or At A Certain Time. It Should Be Noted That Some Of The Eligible School Authorities Currently Still Maintain Their Own Contractual Relationships Through Which They Can Obtain The Advertised Licenses. The Relevant School Authorities Will Therefore Not Be Entitled To Receive Benefits Immediately From May 1, 2026, But Will Only Be Entitled To Receive Benefits Over The Course Of The Contract Term.
