Mobile-Telephone Base-Stations Construction Work – Planning And Construction Of A Mobile Phone Tower In The Main-Kinzig District. Location: Biebergemünd-Breitenborn Amt Bieber. Broadband Main-Kinzig Intends To Award An Individual Contract For The Turnkey Construction Of A Cell Phone Mast At The Biebergemünd-Breitenborn Amt Bieber Location (District 885, Corridor 4, Parcel 35/0). The Subject Of The Service To Be Awarded Are General Contractor Services, Which Include All Planning, Approval And Construction Services That Are Necessary For The Complete Realization Of The Cell Phone Mast. The Implementation And Approval Planning Is Carried Out In Close Coordination With Broadband Main-Kinzig Gmbh And The Planning Office Athanus Partners Gmbh Commissioned By Broadband Main-Kinzig. The Contractor Takes Over The Complete Procurement Of Materials As Well As The Structural Implementation Including Foundations And Pole Assembly. Broadband Main-Kinzig Receives Funding From The State Of Hesse For The Construction Of The Cell Phone Mast. The Bidder Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Grant Notice, Which Is Attached To The Tender Documents. As Part Of The Project Preparation And Implementation, Various Coordination Is Required With The State Of Hesse, Broadband Main-Kinzig Gmbh, The Affected Municipality And Other Parties Involved. This Includes, Among Other Things, The Site Inspection With The Municipality, The Securing Of The Site By Broadband Main-Kinzig Gmbh As Well As The Preliminary Nature Conservation And Water Conservation Review By The Responsible Authorities. The Contractor Is Responsible For Applying For The Appropriate Permits. In Addition, The State Of Hesse Has Signed A Letter Of Intent (Loi) With Three Mobile Network Operators (Mno) To Rent The Mast. The Mast Must Provide Additional Capacity For At Least One Additional Mno Beyond The Loi, I.E. At Least Four Mnos. The Antennas And Active Technology For The Mno Are Not The Subject Of The Tender. The Power And Fiber Optic Connection Is Prepared By Broadband Main-Kinzig Gmbh (Civil Engineering And Route Laying From The Existing Network To The Transfer Point Of The Mast) And Is Otherwise Part Of The Contractors Services. The Intended Location, Which Is Located Outside, Was Inspected, Determined, Checked For Its Suitability For The Use Of The Location And Classified As Suitable By The State Of Hesse, Tüv-Rheinland, The Municipality Of Biebergemünd And Broadband Main-Kinzig Gmbh. The Contractor Must Plan The Foundation Taking Into Account The Known And Expected Ground Conditions And Provide Suitable Foundation Measures. In This Context, The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Appropriately Examining The Ground Conditions Before Executing The Order To The Extent Necessary To Grant Approval.
