Construction Work – Karlovy Vary - Adaptation Of A Dormitory To An Apartment Building No. 603/36, Úvalská Street. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Adaptation Of The Existing Dormitory Building Into An Apartment Building. The Existing Building Is A Panel Construction Of The T06b System With Eight Above-Ground And One Underground Floors. The Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction Proposes A Change Of Use Of The Dormitory To An Apartment Building Containing 62 Residential Units, Social Spaces On The Ground Floor, Spaces For Hobby Activities And Storage Spaces In The Basement. The Apartment Units On The 2Nd To 8Th Floors Will Be Achieved By Layout Changes, Removal Of Lightweight Umakart Partitions, Demolition Of Openings In Supporting Structures, Removal Of Some Partition Walls And Construction Of New Plasterboard Partitions, Removal Of All Surface Treatments Except For The Original Panel And Implementation Of New Surface Treatments Including Acoustic Floors And Front Walls. The Building Is Designed With New Dh Distribution Including New Radiators, New Cold And Hot Water Distribution, New Riser And Distribution Pipes Of Internal Sewage, Including Replacement Of Fixtures And Sanitary Ceramics. Air Conditioning Will Be Newly Solved, Which Will Ensure The Removal Of Degraded Air From Kitchens And Bathrooms Through A New Ventilation Duct. The Project Also Proposes The Replacement Of Domestic High-Current And Low-Current Distribution Systems. The Original 2 Elevators (1 Passenger And 1 Cargo) Will Be Dismantled And Replaced By Two New Elevators In Barrier-Free Design. The Shell Of The Building Will Be Insulated With Mineral Wool Thick. 150 Mm. The Subject Of Performance Is The Execution And Provision Of All Work Necessary For The Complete Completion Of All Construction And Assembly Work Leading To The Commissioning Of The Building In Question For The Given Purpose (Housing) In Accordance With And To The Extent Specified In The Tender Documentation, Including All Its Annexes. The Subject Of The Performance Also Includes The Processing Of Production Documentation To The Extent Necessary For The Execution Of The Work (E.G. Elevators), The Processing Of Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Construction To The Extent According To Business Conditions And The Provision Of All Other Activities Related To The Comprehensive Testing Of The Construction And Its Handover To The Client (Customer).
