Road Transport Services – Container Transport 2026 - 2027 (2028-2029). The Logistics Department Of The Defense Forces (Hereinafter Procurement Unit) Requests Your Offer For Container Transport Services Regarding The Transportation Of Containers From The Location Indicated By The Customer To The Location Indicated By The Customer In Finland, Sweden And Norway. Unloading And Loading Operations Are The Responsibility Of The Recipient And The Sender, Unless Otherwise Specified. Based On The Competition, A Procurement Contract Is Concluded Between The Procurement Unit And The Selected Bidders. The Contract Will Be Used By All Administrative Units Of The Defense Forces. Selection Of Bidders: A Maximum Of 3 Bidders Will Be Selected As Contract Suppliers In Accordance With The Decision-Making Criteria Section. Based On The Competition, A Priority Order Is Created. In Terms Of Overall Economic Value, The Best In Terms Of Price-Quality Ratio Ranks 1St, And The Next In 2Nd And Then 3Rd Place. The Duration Of The Contract Is Two (2) Years From 2026 To 2027 And, As An Option, Two (2) Years From 2028 To 2029. Projected Value Of The Procurement Per Year: - Defense Forces: Approx. 450,000 Euros/Year (Vat 0%) - Border Guard Approx. Eur 10,000/Year (Vat 0%) Total During The Contract Period Eur 920,000 (Vat 0%) + Options Estimated At Eur 920,000 (Vat 0%) And The Total Value Of The Tender Is Eur 1,840,000 (Vat 0%). The Border Guard Joins The Framework Contract Tendered By The Defense Forces In Compliance With Its Terms. The Border Guard Makes Its Own Customer-Specific Agreement And Concludes Its Own Operating Models (Agree On Practical Arrangements, E.G. Loading And Unloading Times) With Selected Suppliers. The Defense Forces Is Not Responsible For The Activities Of Other Actors. Based On The Agreement, Containers Owned By The Defense Forces And The Armed Forces Of Other Countries Are Transported, As Well As Containers Owned By The Private Sector When They Are Related To The Operations Of The Defense Forces. Containers Can Be E.G. 20 And 40 General Cargo Containers, Containers Equipped With Hooks And/Or Cable Traction Devices, System Containers For The Defense Forces, Cargo And/Or Tank Containers Suitable For Transporting Dangerous Goods, Pallet Containers, Refrigerated Containers, Etc. Interested Suppliers Are Asked To Submit A Bid In Accordance With The Requirements In The Procurement Notice.
