Tenders Are For Sealing Work On The Sole And Building Base As Well As Flat Roof Sealing Work In Accordance With Din 18338 For The New Building Of The Oesterweg Special School. The Scope Of Services Includes The Execution Of The Flat Roof Structure (Vapour Barrier, Insulation/Slope, Multi-Layer Sealing) Including All Detailed Designs And Installation Parts (Including Temporary Drainage, Roof Drains/Emergency Drainage, Parapet/Sheet Metal Connections). Flat Roof Windows/Roof Hatches And Rwa Components (Skylights, Drives, Control Center, Control Points/Detectors/Sensors, Documentation/Handovers) Are Also Included. In Addition, Extensive Green Roofs Including Layer Structure, Edge Areas (Gravel Guard Rails/Gravel) And Finishing Maintenance Are Advertised. It Also Includes A Traversable Rope Safety System For Fall Protection Including Accessories/Components. Hourly Rates For Additional Work Are Included As A Separate Title.
