Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Design Review, Preparation of Tender Document and Supervision of Runyenjes Water Supply Project The overall objective of the assignment are as follows: i. To carry out a review of the existing projects designs and bid documents: ii. To fulfill the role of the Engineers Representative in the supervision and Coordination of the construction works: iii. To supervise the appointed Contractor for Runyenjes Water Supply Project, in accordance with the conditions of contract, specifications and drawings. iv. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with the designs, specifications and works contract documents while at all - time ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and timely completion: v. To provide the client with regular status reports and other reports as per the Terms of Reference, together with all related necessary technical assistance and professional advice to the Client related to supervision of the construction of the said works: vi. Review and update existing ESIA reports and assist client in obtaining variation to existing NEMA license or new NEMA license as the case may be; vii. To undertake the design and preparation of drawings, and develop the tender documents for Runyenjes Water Supply Project. viii.
