The Intention Of The Prq Is To Prequalify 1 To 3 Firms To Provide Dell Servers, Goods, Service And Maintenance. As Required, Ucalgary Reserves The Right To Prequalify Additional Firms At Any Time If It Is In The Best Interests Of The University. The Prq Will Be Awarded To Proponents Who Submit A Proposal Which, In The Sole Opinion Of The University, Represents The Best Overall Value. Successful Proponents In This Process Will Be Placed On The ‘Preferred Suppliers List’ For Dell Servers.
