The Municipality Of Utrecht Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement Regarding The Monitoring Of Public Spaces. The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of Two Years And Can Be Unilaterally Extended By The Municipality For A Period Of Two One-Year Periods Under The Same Conditions. The Assignment Concerns The Inspection And Processing Of Inspection Data In Public Spaces, For Example Of Public Greenery, Street Furniture, Pollution, Litter, Etc., Using Image Measuring Sticks Based On The Crow Public Space Quality Catalog. The Crow Publication Public Space Quality Catalogue Offers National Standard Quality Levels For The Maintenance Of Public Spaces. The Quality Catalog Contains More Than 200 Image Measuring Sticks With Five Quality Levels, Ranging From Very High (A+) To Very Low (D), With Which The Desired Quality Can Be Selected Per Area. A Number Of Image Measuring Sticks Have Been Developed By The Client Himself. The Client Is Entitled To Have Image Measuring Rods Measured At The Start Or During The Work That Are Not Included In The Quality Catalog Or That Deviate From It. The Inspection Method Is Used To Assess The Image Quality In The City. This Provides Insight Into How The Maintenance Quality Of Public Space Develops Over Time. 13 Measurement Rounds Must Be Carried Out Per Year. For Each Measurement Round, Approximately 900 Measurement Locations, Spread Over 11 Areas, Must Be Monitored On The Basis Of 60 Image Measuring Rods. The Number Of Image Measuring Rods Can Fluctuate Per Term. The Measurement Locations To Be Monitored Are Randomly Determined By The System (Apptimize) And Made Available Online To The Contractor.
